The Girl Scout Bronze Award is the highest award a Girl Scout Junior can earn. Girls who have earned this award have demonstrated their commitment to making the world a better place. The following requirements and guidelines must be met in order to earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award:

Requirements

  • You must be in 4th or 5th grade.
  • You must complete two or more interest projects.
  • You must lead at least one service project.
  • You must complete the Journey programs that are related to your Bronze Award project.

Guidelines

  • Your project should be something that is meaningful and benefits the community.
  • Your project should challenge you and involve planning and decision-making.
  • Your project should involve team-building, working with other girls, and leading.
  • Your project should use the resources of the Girl Scouts and your local community.
