What You’ll Need:
- Paper Bag
- Scissors
- Markers and/or crayons

Instructions:
- Cut out the template of Juliette Low provided in the link below.
- Have your Troop color in the template using markers, crayons, or other art supplies.
- Place the template on the paper bag and cut around the template edges.
- Punch two holes in the top center of the paper bag, large enough for string or yarn, and tie the two ends together.
- Tie string or yarn to the puppet to make arms and legs.
